Search for doubly charged Higgs production at HERA |

| Abstract |
We have performed a search for the single production of doubly charged Higgs bosons (H^++, H^--) in the di- and tri-lepton final state, using a sample of e^+p and e^-p events corresponding to about 100 pb^-1 of data collected with the H1 detector at HERA. The search is done in the framework of the Left-Right Symmetric models assuming universality of the diagonal Yukawa couplings to charged leptons and vanishing non-diagonal Yukawa couplings. We derive cross-section limits for the decay process H^++ -> l+ l+ (H^-- -> l- l-) as a function of the Higgs mass and Yukawa couplings. |
