| Abstract |
A measurement is presented of diffractive dijet electroproduction using the same jet algorithm and kinematic region as a recent dijet measurement in diffractive photoproduction (H1prelim-02-113). Both measurements are compared to predictions based on diffractive parton densities extracted from inclusive diffractive scattering. Using the model prediction to relate the two measurements, the suppression of diffractive dijet-photoproduction relative to diffractive dijet-electroproduction is precisely evaluated. This suppression, its inverse often being referred to as a `gap survival probability' is expected to be present for direct photon scattering and absent for resolved photons. |
