Measurement of semi-inclusive diffractive deep-inelastic scattering with a leading proton at HERA |

| Abstract |
A measurement is made of the semi-inclusive cross section for the diffractive deep-inelastic scattering process ep -> ep'X with a leading proton detected in a forward proton spectrometer. The cross section is presented in terms of the diffractive structure function F_2^D(3)(x_pom,beta,Q^2) in the kinematic range 2 < Q^2 < 75 GeV^2 and x_pom < 0.1. The dependence of the cross section on t is measured for 0.07 < |t| < 0.7 GeV^2. |
