Abstract New parton dynamics, characterized by an initial state cascade which is non-ordered in parton virtuality, are expected to become important in the kinematic region of small Bjorken-x (xbj). Evidence for this feature of QCD is searched for by studying events with a forward jet produced close to the direction of the outgoing proton beam in the angular range 7^o < heta_jet < 20^o. Our previous preliminary measurement (H1prelim-02-133) is extended by the measurement of the triple differential cross section d^3 sigma / dx dQ^2 dptjet^2, which covers the phase space region from typical DIS events (Q^2 >> ptjet^2), via the typical two scale BFKL region (Q^2 \sim \ptjet^2) to the typical resolved virtual photon region (Q^2 << ptjet^2). In addition we have measured the cross section for events containing a central dijet system and an additional forward jet, as a function of the rapidity separation between the forward jet and the other two hard jets. In all cases we compare our measurements with predictions obtained from the collinear factorization approach, including resolved virtual photon contributions, as well as with those from the k_t factorization approach.
