| Abstract | The jet data by the H1 and ZEUS collaborations are used simultaneously
to extract the strong
coupling constant $\alpha_s(M_Z)$.
The analysis makes use of calculations of jet cross sections in
pQCD at NLO. It provides an accurate determination
of $\alpha_s(M_Z)$ with an uncertainty
comparable to those obtained from jet measurements at other colliders. |
