Abstract Data taken with electrons and positrons of different longitudinal polarisation states in collision with unpolarised protons at HERA are used to measure the cross sections of the neutral current process, e^\pm p o e^\pm X. The polarisation asymmetry is measured as a function of Q^2, the negative four-momentum transfer squared, and compared with the Standard Model prediction. An improved determination of xF_3 structure function is obtained using the new data in combination with previously published unpolarised data from HERA-I.
