| Abstract |
The H1 fragmentation function data from 1996 and 1997, as measured in the Breit frame of reference, are used to obtain a value for the strong coupling constant alpha_s(M_Z) by comparing scaling violations with a NLO QCD calculation, modified by a power-correction ansatz to describe limitations in phase space. |
