Abstract DIS ep data, collected with the H1 detector at HERA, are investigated to study event shape distributions of differential two-jet rates in the Durham and factorizable JADE algorithm. The analysis is done in the Breit frame of reference; the mean energy scales, chosen to be the four-momentum transfer Q, range between 15 GeV and 81.3 GeV. The spectra exhibit only small hadronisation corrections and are compared to second order pQCD calcualtions in order to determine the strong coupling constant.
